The Chairman's Chatter is a quarterly newsletter of the U.S.P.C.S. It is mailed to all members in good standing & to certain other organizations and philatelic media.

News of members, stamps shows, & small articles are earnestly solicited & should be sent directly to the Editor, Matthew Kewriga.

Clear photos involving stamp activities are especially welcome.

Material must be in the hands of the Editor by those dates to insure that it can be included in the next issue of the Chatter.
