When someone joins the Society, we capture a lot of information about him or her. While this is primarily used for internal USPCS purposes, some of it has historically been listed in the Member’s Directory (Member access-only), unless members ask us not to.
We recently changed the Member Profile page to give you more flexibility in what information you do or do not want shared with other members. To see how this works, visit the “Your Profile” page (you must be logged in to do this) at http://www.uspcs.org/member-settings/ to see your personal Member Settings. At the bottom, you will see a number of public/private options for each type of information in your profile. Only those where you click “public” will be listed in the Members Directory.
