Ross Towle
Please welcome our newest Regional Vice President for Northern California and Hawaii, Ross Towle. Ross is an active FIP judge for the Traditional, Postal History, and Postal Stationary classes. He recently judged at IBRA 2023 in Germany and has judged at WESTPEX for almost 20 years. His collections/exhibits include Chile postal stationery, Towle Local Post, Bulgarian postal forms, US 1907 2c stamped envelopes, US pioneer airmail on postal stationery, US PC postage, and others.
