Regional Vice-Presidents serve an important role in the United States Philatelic Classics Society. They coordinate society activities in their region, provide “point-of-contact” support to members, and represent the society at regional stamp shows.
We are pleased to announce that Kimberlee Fuller now represents northern California as the USPCS Regional Vice-President. Fuller has an excellent catalog of philatelic experience to her name. She has worked for three major philatelic auction houses (Rumsey, Kelleher and Spink) and was an officer of the Greater Richmond Stamp Club. She is a collector of Western New York postal history, the 1957-1962 Champion of Liberty Issue, and owls.
Fuller is taking over the position from Jeffrey Forster, who served as RVP for the region for forty-one years. USPCS thanks Forster for his service and dedication to the society.
Members are encouraged to visit the Regional Vice-President webpage to find and contact their representatives.
