Chairman’s Chatter

The award-winning Chairman’s Chatter is the newsletter of the Society. It is mailed to all members in good standing and to certain other organizations and the philatelic media four times a year in full color. News of members, stamps shows, website updates, award winners, chapter news, research requests, research requests, and small articles are earnestly solicited and should be sent directly to the Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Charles J. DiComo.
